Will my delivery options change?

For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland there will be no changes to the delivery options available. We will still offer standard and express options for you to choose from.

For deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales we will offer standard delivery options only. For now, it is not possible for us to offer an express delivery option.

XWe will offer standard home delivery to Northern Ireland with UPS.

 

What is the delivery timeframe?

Our delivery timeframes to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland remain unchanged. The timeframe for delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is now 3-6 working days for standard services. We’ll always let you know if there’s any change to this timeframe, at the checkout.

Do I need to pay more for shipping?

No, our shipping costs are not changing. We still offer free standard shipping on orders over €50.

 

How do I return?

For customers returning from England, Scotland, Wales and Republic of Ireland, there are no changes to the way you make a return to us.

For customers in Northern Ireland, we will start delivering with UPS from the 29th December. If your order is delivered by UPS, you can drop off at a UPS Access Point or arrange a collection.

If your parcel was delivered with Hermes, please make your return with Hermes or Royal Mail.

 

Do I need to pay to make a return?

Don’t worry, returning to us remains free and easy!
